Service Description
Compassionate coaching (IFS) allows for the exploration of different aspects of ourselves related to our life goals. It is a way to guide or coach the unconscious. During this session, I guide you so that you can connect with these different parts of yourself and become aware of your inner territory and the resources available within it. It's in this inner space than we can start coaching our inner parts and orienting them towards a common objective. * Please note that the work I propose is not that of a psychologist but of a coach informed in IFS (Internal Family Systems). DURATION : 1:30H YOUR INVESTISSEMENT: 125$
