My healing journey began with energy healing and Reiki. From a young age, I knew that I was more than my physical body, and that a universe beyond what I understood through my limited senses existed.

 

In my late 30's after years of feeling disconnected from myself I decided to try reiki. Within a few weeks I felt profound changes operating inside of me.  This shift in my energy allowed me to release blocks that were limiting my well-being and happiness.

Today, I know that energy is inseparable from who we are. I also understand that it is essential to include this energetic therapies in a holistic healing journey.

 

My intention is always to guide you towards your greatest well-being.

 

Besides Reiki, I offer soul mending sessions and chakra alignments.
