CONSCIOUS COACHING IS FOR :
Those who need to break a cycle, to change something in order to be 100% themselves—with more happiness, more pleasure, and more awareness.

The goal is to guide you from darkness to light, from security to taking risks, so that you can live your life fully and with intention.
THE PROCESS
At your core, there is a creative force (your soul) which guides you toward what you need in order for you to live in alignment with your unique life mission.
This vital essence seeks to become conscious, to make choices, and to take actions that are in alignment with what you came here to learn.
My work as a coach is to support you in this process and to provide the guidance you need so that you can make the decisions and take the actions required for your growth and happiness.
WHAT'S A SESSION LIKE?
During our first session, we set an intention together—a direction that serves as a starting point. This goal will be your compass, guiding each of your sessions.
As our sessions progress, I will guide you through inner explorations and somatic practices to support your growth.
These sessions are guided by an integrative approach that welcomes various types of exploration, tailored to your journey.
We can explore movement, connect with bodily sensations, invite your ancestors, dialogue with different parts of yourself, or engage with a kōan—all with the intention of bringing you greater clarity and supporting you in reaching your goal.
